With the support of this prestigious award Tatjana Tchumatchenko will carry out the project MolDynForSyn, which focuses on molecular dynamics for synapses. She and her team study neural circuit function in order to gain new knowledge about neurological diseases such as Huntington’s disease. Tchumatchenko’s project is one of 124 funded projects in the Life Sciences that were selected from a total of 923 applications.
