European Law Institute (Vienna) launched a Ukrainian Hub on March 1, 2022.
The Hub will be headed by Vice-Dean of the of the Faculty of Law of West Ukrainian National University, Dr Svitlana Mazepa, who will assume the post of Interim-Chair, until the formal inauguration of the Hub and formal elections of the Chair can take place.
On Friday, 29 April 2022, the ELI Ukrainian Hub held its first event on the ‘Implementation and Coherence: Europeanisation of the Ukrainian law’ at the Faculty of Law of the West Ukrainian National University during VI International Scientific and Practical Conference ‘Russian-Ukrainian War: Law, Security, World.’ The conference was organised in person at the Faculty of Law of Western Ukrainian National University, Ternopil with participation of scholars from Ukraine, Georgia, Moldavia, Turkey, Poland and Germany.
