The EPAM School of Digital Technologies (ESDT) at American University Kyiv invites applications for a full-time, open-rank, tenure-track position with a focus on software process from the design perspective, the engineering design process, user-centered design, and software safety design.
The successful candidate will be expected to pursue high-quality scholarship, teach courses related to the candidate’s research field, contribute to introductory and/or core courses in programming, software architecture, design patterns, software design constraints, computer system fundamentals like logic design, number systems and arithmetic, boolean algebra, digital systems components, etc. The teaching load is three courses per semester and the expectation is that one or two of the courses taught by the individual each year should have a substantial basis in his/her research or industrial experience.
