Success stories from the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Program

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other Participating Countries.

Supported by the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, Iryna Kulynych, an aspiring entrepreneur from Ukraine, received support for the development of business strategy for her new company Your Imagination from Ugnė Gajauskaite, an entrepreneur from Lithuania. Ugnė is the CEO of “Veri – meni”, a company that specialises in identifying new business opportunities and adapting to market changes. Iryna learned more about negotiating, the importance of business networks and building business partnerships. Iryna’s company is helping travel agencies and travelers to find each other and it currently operates in the Lithuanian and Dutch markets.

Vladyslav Greziev (Lobby X, Ukraine) hosted Adrián Bilbao (Integration Solutions, Spain) for six months in 2020. They first met in 2016 when Adrian was filming a documentary in Kyiv. At the time Vladyslav had just created a Socially Responsible Recruitment Agency with the aim to help Ukraine’s democracy develop further. Adrián, as a social worker experienced in labour insertion projects, was very impressed with the initiative. The intention of the partnership was to establish a Polish division of Lobby X in Warsaw replicating the model implemented in Kyiv. As the result, the Polish division has been established and there is now sufficient knowledge and methodology for its autonomous functioning.
