Professor Igor Komarov from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine, is one of two first awardees of the new KIT International Excellence Grants and Fellowships Program.

Igor Komarov heads the Supramolecular Chemistry Chair at the Institute of High Technologies and, within the framework of the program, conducted research at KIT from January to April 2021.
With International Excellence Grants, scientists of KIT can invite outstanding colleagues from abroad within a short term and in an uncomplicated way to strengthen international collaboration and academic networking.
