Collaboration in Public Law between National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv and Göttingen University is strengthened

On September 21, 2017 the Center of German Law of National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv (Ukraine) in cooperation with the Institute of Public Law of the Göttingen University (Germany) organised a German-speaking workshop within the framework of the first part of the joint project “Conditions of operation of the third branch of government” supported by the Alexander von Humboldt-Foundation.

The project will be implemented with the participation of Ukrainian and German lawyers over the next three years. Prof. Dr. Thomas Mann, German Coordinator of the project, director of the Institute of Public Law at the University of Göttingen, delivered a keynote talk. The Dean of the Law Faculty Prof. Ivan Hrytsenko congratulated Prof. Thomas Mann and Prof. Roman Melnyk, director of German Law Center in the field of Administrative Law on the occasion of the 14-year anniversary of this fruitful cooperation and wished them success in the future.
