The final conference of the DAAD funded project “THEA Ukraine X (Multiplication Trainings for Higher Education Administrators in Ukraine)” is organized by FH Münster University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with Sumy State University.
The THEA Ukraine project has been dedicated for over 5 years to empower Ukrainian higher education managers in building resilient, internationally active institutions, which are embedded in strong international networks. This final international online event will not only disseminate the project results, but in particular shed light on the importance of transformative leadership for sustainable higher education, as the topic resonates strongly with the current need for adaptable, forward-thinking management in Ukrainian higher education in times of change.
