The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers a program “Future Ukraine”, dedicated to enhancing collaboration between Ukrainian and German universities, also through enabling access to research facilities in Germany. Its mission is to support Ukrainian universities and enable young scientists to contribute to Ukraine’s reconstruction and scientific development.
This call welcomes highly qualified Ukrainian graduate students, doctoral candidates, and postdoctoral researchers, regardless of their current residence. The program offers funding for research stays in Germany and is open to all academic disciplines. The key criteria for selection include well-planned research projects, as well as academic achievements of the candidate.
- Duration: between 1 and 6 months, within the period of 1 March 2024 to 31 January 2025.
- Apply at least three months before your intended research stay.
