Dr. Andrii Portnov is a professor of the Entangled History of Ukraine at the Europa-Universität Viadrina (Frankfurt/Oder) and the director of Prisma Ukraïna: Research Network Eastern Europe at the Forum Transregionale Studien in Berlin.
