- The Semantic Scholar team at the Allen Institute for AI (Seattle, USA) has partnered with leading research groups to provide CORD-19, a free resource of 63,000+ scholarly articles about the novel coronavirus for use by the global research community:
- Literature Review, using publications from the CORD-19 dataset, with findings extracted from the CORD-19 papers by ML algorithms with a human curation overlay. The project is a part of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy’s call to action for the technology community and addresses research priorities defined by the National Academies and the World Health Organization
- DAAD and Federal Foreign Office: Program Dhoch3 supports German Universities to design of digital courses during the Corona crisis
- John Hopkins “2019 Novel Coronavirus Research Compendium (NCRC)”: Rapidly curated and assessed emerging research on SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 to inform the public health community during this pandemic
- EMBL-EBI: Lists data held at EMBL-EBI relating to the COVID-19 outbreak, including sequences of outbreak isolates and records relating to coronavirus biology
- Elsevier’s Novel Coronavirus Information Center: Offers expert, curated information for the research and health community on SARS-CoV-2 (the novel coronavirus) and COVID-19 (the disease). All resources are free to access and include guidelines for clinicians and patients

- Research Infrastructures:
- Life Sciences Research Infrastructures (LS RIs) are prioritising COVID-19 research. Although in-person visits to facilities may be restricted, many infrastructure services are still available via remote access and, where possible, the cost of access will be minimised or waived
- Central European Research Infrastructure Consortium (CERIC) collects information about the relevant servicesThe dedicated Fast Track Access will allow to access the selected instruments for research related to the COVID-19, without the necessity to undergo the regular evaluation procedure, and be scheduled within one month from the submission of the proposal, based on the feasibility evaluation performed by the facility
- Fast Track Access for Corona-related Research at The high brilliance 3rd Generation Synchrotron Radiation Source at DESY, PETRA III
- The European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures, ESFRI, is aggregating information about dedicated services offered by Research Infrastructures. - USA, National Institute of Health (NIH): COVID-19-related funding, rolling deadlines: PAR-20-177; PAR-20-178 – Emergency Awards: Rapid Investigation of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) (R21 Clinical Trial Not Allowed). Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
- USA: Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Wellcome Trust, and Mastercard Launch Initiative to Speed Development and Access to Therapies for COVID-19: COVID-19 Therapeutics Accelerator will coordinate R&D efforts and remove barriers to drug development and scale-up to address the epidemic.
