The Language Center of the European University Viadrina is a place where students could learn English, German as a foreign language, Polish, Russian, Spanish, French, Turkish, and since recently Ukrainian.
Annually in June the European University Viadrina (Frankfurt/Oder) organizes an Open Day to present its various teaching programs and to give a possibility to everyone interested to get acquainted with the university.Open Day includes meetings with faculty members and students, excursions to the library and student dormitories. Each faculty and every structural entity of the university presents the most important and interesting information about its activities and special offers for the students. This year the lecturers of the Language Centre presented their courses at the Open Day to give an impression of the variety of languages presented at the Viadrina, with Ukrainian being also presented.
