- Within its Taras-Shevchenko-Program, BAYHOST offers German summer courses for prospective students and students from Ukraine. Students and high school graduates from Ukraine with German knowledge of at least level A2 are eligible to apply. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis, as long as there are capacities for scholarships
- DAAD: Національний академічний контактний центр для України/ National Academic Contact Point Ukraine. DAAD is developing various programmes to promote integration of refugees at German universities
- Educational Guidance Guarantee Fund University supports young immigrants in preparing for higher education studies in Germany
- EURAXESS Germany: Information for refugees who wish to study in Germany
- Initiative of German universities of applied sciences (initiated by Nicole Küchler-Stahn, Professor at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Kai-Oliver Schocke, Professor and Dean at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences), web-page is Ukrainian, German and English. - Hamburg: HAW Hamburg: Centre for Migration Research and Integration Practice supports refugees who would like to study at the HAW Hamburg

- Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau (TH Wildau, near Berlin) launches Wildau Welcome IT School aiming to offer students who fled from Ukraine and had to interrupt their studies an opportunity to continue their education in order not to lose a semester at their home university
Italy:
- University of Milan:
- Set up 20 scholarships worth 6 thousand euros each for Ukrainian students. Moreover, we are encouraging them to apply for grants awarded by the Intesa SanPaolo Foundation
- Granted financially challenged Ukrainian students a temporary waiver of tuition and accommodation fees;
- Allocated free places in University halls of residence to both our existing Ukrainian students and those from Ukrainian universities;
- Created 4 visiting-scholar-at-risk positions for Ukrainian scholars
Poland:
- Collegium Civitas in Warsaw is launching studies with a one-year bridging program in Ukrainian, which is to encourage young people from Ukraine to start studies in Poland. According to the university, the participants will study for a year in Ukrainian, and then continue their studies in the second year of studies, on a fully Polish-language path. The offer includes 2 studies: International Relations and Management. The application process will start on April 26
- Project Fleck for students from Ukraine: experienced students and doctoral candidates from Polish and foreign universities offer support for students, PhD students and last year high school students in continuing their studies in Poland and other countries. Apply to participate by 31 March 2022
