The Forum: Europe in a Time of War is a collaboration between the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies, the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute, and the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies at Harvard.

1st Ukrainian–European Science Diplomacy Forum is organised by the Ukrainian Science Diaspora in Austria in partnership with European and Ukrainian institutions. It serves as a high-level platform for dialogue on science diplomacy, recovery, resilience, and international research cooperation. The Forum convenes senior representatives of European and Ukrainian ministries, the European Commission, UNESCO, international research organisations, funding bodies, leading universities, and Ukrainian Science Diaspora networks across Europe.

Lecture: “Kyivan Christianity”: The New Concept of Early Modern Religious History of Central and Eastern Europe, by Ivan Almes (Ukrainian Catholic University). During the event, the historian from Lviv will present the research project implemented at UCU since 2012, which has resulted in a 40-volume series published by UCU Press and aims to release 100 volumes. His most recent volume is In Search of Centres: Early Modern Kyivan Christianities (co-edited with Svitlana Potapenko, Oksana Prokopyuk, Vitalii Tkachuk, and Valerii Zema; Böhlau Verlag, Cologne, 2026)

International Research Cooperation Conference Dedicated to Ukraine. The opening session will highlight initiatives from Estonia, Ukraine, the EU, and the Nordic-Baltic region that support the integration of Ukrainian researchers into the European Research Area. Thematic sessions will showcase Ukraine-related activities and international research cooperation projects involving Estonia and Ukraine. The conference is organised by the Estonian Research Council (ETAG) in cooperation with the National Research Foundation of Ukraine (NRFU) and supported by ESTDEV (Estonian Centre for International Development).
