The blended learning training programmeMicro-Credentials as an Internationalisation Tool for Ukrainian Universities (MInT-Ukraine)” addresses the urgent need for flexible education models for fostering international cooperation within networks and upskilling in the relevant educational fields. Its general objective is to equip staff from Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) with essential competencies in the management of internationalisation processes, with a particular focus on the strategic use of micro-credentials.

This blended learning training programme is designed for the duration of 12 months, accommodating 16 participants across 3 cohorts. It addresses the needs of various HEIs from different regions of Ukraine with diverse levels of experience in internationalisation.

The MInT-Ukraine blended learning training programme has been developed by the International Office (IO) of Leibniz University Hannover (LUH) in cooperation with the LUH’s Centre for Continuing Education (ZEW), under the DAAD German Academic Exchange Service and BMFTR (BMBF) programme line “German-Ukrainian University Network, based on the implementation experience of the MoI Ukraine training programme in 2020-2024.

It is implemented in partnership with the Ukrainian State Center for International Education (Study in Ukraine), Professional Network of Research and HE Managers (PNRM UKRAINE), and the German-Ukrainian Academic Society (DUAG). The synergies and established contacts with the National Erasmus+ Office Ukraine and the EAIE: European Association for International Education will be integrated within the training programme.
