The Bayer Foundation has launched a new call for fellowships for Masters, PhD or medical students in the fields of drug discovery, agricultural science, and medical science.
The program proposes funding up to €10,000 for an international placement or research activity from 2 weeks up to 6 months. Students from the German higher educational institutions have to conduct their internship outside Germany, while students affiliated with a university in another country are supposed to come to Germany. Applications are accepted from 13th of February until 10th of April 2023 via the application portal.
Within the program, the following three fellowships are available:
- Otto Bayer Fellowships in Drug Discovery
Eligibility: master or PhD students from all scientific disciplines, pharmacy and data science, with fundamental or applied studies with relevance to the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare (over-the-counter) industries
- Jeff Schell Fellowships for Agricultural Science
Eligibility: master or PhD students from all scientific disciplines including data science, with fundamental or applied studies with relevance to the Crop Science industry
- Carl Duisberg Fellowships for Medical Sciences
Eligibility: all students of human & veterinary medicine, or master and PhD students in medical engineering, applied medical sciences, data science in medicine and public health.
